Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the Access Control System (SKD) in the Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn and its subordinate units. 2. The order includes deliveries described in the SWZ for the Ordering Party's units indicated below, having their registered officein the following locations, i.e.: 1) Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn, al. M. J. Pisudskiego 59A, 10-950 Olsztyn., 2) Tax Office in Ostrda, ul. Olsztyska 5b, 14-100 Ostrda., 3) Tax Office in Dziadow, ul. Marii Skodowskiej-Curie 35A, 13-200 Dziadowo., 4) Tax Office in Bartoszyce, ul. Bohaterow Warszawy 5, 11-200 Bartoszyce., 5) Tax Office in Iawa, ul. Wojska Polskiego 26, 14-200 Iawa., 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order., 4. The conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the Draft Provisions.provisions of the agreement constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
