Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of the Automatic Document Digitization System (SADD) along with integration with the hospital system at the indicated Project Partners.
2. The order will be implemented in 10 (ten) parts, hereinafter referred to as "tasks". The Ordering Party allows foldinge partial bids for individual, any tasks from 1 to 10.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) for each task of the contract is included in the Appendix to SWZ No. 1, 1.1 - 1.10.
4. The Ordering Party provides for the use of the so-called the reverse procedure referred to in Art. 139 sec. 1 secawy Pzp.
5. The Ordering Party informs that it has not conducted preliminary market consultations.
6. The Ordering Party does not envisage: concluding a framework agreement; orders referred to in Art. 214 sec. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law, electronic auction; reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to art. 261 of the Public Procurement Law; granting advance payments for the performance of the contract.
