Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of a hardware and software system for storing backup copies of data of the Municipal Office in Olsztynek as part of the project entitled Cybersecure self-government2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as: OPZ), including the minimum the requirements that the offered subject of the order must meet are attached as Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. The equipment must be brand new, year of manufacture not older than 2025.4. Contractors planning to submit an offer in the procedure in question are obliged to monitor changes and modifications to the SWZ, in particular regarding changes to the OPZ and appendix 5. Information about equivalence1) Pursuant to Art. 99 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of the contract is described in an unambiguous and comprehensive manner, using sufficiently precise and understandable terms, taking into account the requirements and circumstances that may affect the preparation of the offer.2) If, anywhere in the description, the subject of the order was marked with trademarks of system and manufacturer names of individual materials or devices or solutions, this should be treated as an indication by the Ordering Party of the expected standard and quality (pki like...
