• Delivery and implementation of an integrated ERP solution with HCM modules 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an integrated ERP class solution with HCM modules. The subject of the order includes: 1.1. Basic (guaranteed) scope of the order - including: Schedule, Implementation Concept, pre-implementation analysis, technical design. 1.2. Scope of order under option: Option No. 1 - FI Module Option no. 2 - Central heating module Option No. 3 - HCM Module Option No. 4 - ESS Module Option number 5 - Additional licenses Option #6 - Expert Hours 2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 3. The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first examination and evaluation of offers, and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, further "GDPR". 5.
