Description:
The subject of the order includes delivery, implementation and service and post-sales support for the new ITSM platform (IT Service Management) or a functionally similar solution that will support, among others, reporting/incident management, knowledge base, SLA reporting and monitoring. The implemented system must enable integration with the Ordering Party's existing systems (including Active Directory, monitoring systems, property records, automation tools, HR system), be scalable and safe and compliant with applicable law, in particular GDPR, and information security policies.
