Description:
1. The subject of the order is a service including the delivery and implementation of an Integrated IT System intended for comprehensive service of the Ordering Party for users in the number specified in Table No. 1 (VOLUME III OPZ - Appendix No. 7) - with the possibility of increasing or reducing the number of accesses in depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party, along with granting an indefinite commercial license, its installation, implementation (installation, data migration from currently used systems), system parameterization in consultation with the Ordering Party, training in the use of the Integrated IT System, and with assistance during work and support and updates due to author's supervision. 2. Delivery, implementation and launch along with data migration of the Integrated IT System must be preceded by a pre-implementation analysis of the systems and IT infrastructure performed by the Supplier. The purpose of the pre-implementation analysis is to obtain the Supplier's knowledge about the Ordering Party's technical and IT infrastructure necessary for the proper execution of the item. contracts
