Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive delivery, installation and implementation of the integrated IT system (ZSI) and the provision of the technical assistance service after implementation, including:
1) performing pre -transmission analysis, under which business processes will be identified, which are to be supported by the functionalities of the system together with the delivery of documents with the result of the work that is its result and the development and provision of a detailed implementation schedule,
2) programming work adapting the offered ZSI to the needs of the Employer identified during pre -transmission analysis,
3) providing a license to the offered ZSI and installation on the equipment and programming environment of the Ordering Party,
4) providing a database license dedicated to ZSI together with its installation and configuration on the equipment and program environment of the Ordering Party,
5) data migration with currently used systems,
6) control of data transferred from the programs of the Ordering Party in terms of value, sum and quantity, etc.,
7) implementation of an integrated IT system,
8) conducting instruction and training for end users and administrators,
9) Complete transfer post -imagination documentation,
10) assistance at the production start of the integrated IT system,
11) providing a technical assistance service for ZSI for a period of 24 months from the end of the implementation, i.e. from the date of starting the production of ZSI and the receipt of ZSI by By ordering ...
