Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the IT system to support the tasks specified in para. 2.
2. The contractor will be obliged under the contract, including to provide and implement the software, grant licenses, conduct training, service services, in the scope of the following tasks:
Task No. 1:
Delivery and implementation of the IT system to support fees for using the environment.
Task No. 2:
Delivery and implementation of the IT system to keep a publicly available list of documents containing information about the environment and its protection.
Task No. 3:
Delivery and implementation of the IT system to support the tasks arising from the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), regarding the conduct of verification and accounting of registration and annual fees (BDO) paid by Entities introducing products, products in packaging and waste management.
Task No. 4:
Delivery and implementation of the IT system in the field of accounting service, including conducting redistribution accounts of bank accounts.
Task No. 5:
Delivery and implementation of the IT system for service reports in the product and packaging database as well as waste management (BDO).
3. The applicant requires that the subject of the contract offered by the Contractor be in line with the requirements set by the Employer in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ.
