DESCRIPTION:
1. The subject of the order includes the delivery and implementation of a mobile system for detecting and neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order in terms of the base vehicle is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the order in scope development and system for detecting and neutralizing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
4. Warranty terms:
4.1. The required minimum warranty period for the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the vehicle on which the body was built is 24 months excluding mileage limit.
The required minimum warranty period for the paintwork of the vehicle on which the bodywork was made is 24 months.
The required warranty period for perforation of body parts of the vehicle on which the bodywork was made is 72 months.
Required minimum warranty period for buildings and equipment, including the Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) detection and neutralization system, is 24 months.
The beginning of the warranty period will be counted from the date of receipt of the subject of the order.
Command and Control software update (hereinafter referred to as "C2 Software") must take place at least once a quarter.
