1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of probe and TAP equipment and Software for monitoring and analysis of network incidents in the CIRF IT infrastructure together with the Warranty and the provision of Technical Assistance in order to expand the Ordering Party's environment for the purposes of ensuring communication, which includes:
1) basic order including:
a) delivery of 2 pcs. Type A equipment with standard software, meeting the requirements contained in Annex No. 1 to the OPZ, used to collect and analyze network traffic, along with unloading to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements contained in Chapter II of the OPZ,
b) delivery of the Software, meeting the requirements contained in Annex No. 5 to OPZ (Management portal for the LAN probe),
c) delivery of 4 pieces of type B equipment with standard software, meeting the requirements contained in Annex No. 2 to the OPZ, along with unloading to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements contained in Chapter II of the OPZ,
d) implementation of the Equipment delivered as part of the basic order, in accordance with the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the OPZ,
e) the Contractor ensures that the manufacturer of the Hardware and Software provides a warranty for the delivered Hardware and Software, on the terms described in Chapter III of the OPZ,
f) provision of Technical Assistance by the Contractor in the amount of up to 100 man-hours according to the principles described in Chapter V of the OPZ.
