Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of server infrastructure for the needs of RSBiP for the project "Development of the Regional System of Public Information Bulletins in Lesser Poland".
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ), constitutes Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the contract.
3. The terms of the contract are concluded in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be introduced into the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex 1C to SWZ (they are hereinafter referred to as the contract template).
Delivery and implementation of server infrastructure on RSBIP needs for the project "Development of the Regional Public Information Bulletins System in Lesser Poland"
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of server infrastructure for the needs of RSBiP for the project "Development of the Regional System of Public Information Bulletins in Lesser Poland".
2. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ), is Annex 1D to SWZ and it will be introduced as an attachment to the contract.
3. The terms of the contract are included in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, which will be entered into the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1c to SWZ (are hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
