4.1. The order of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the spatial planning and the platform of spatial planning andproviding public sector information resources as part of the project "Increasing the availability of electronic public services and spatial information in the communes of the Lublin subregion" (hereinafter: the project).Lawns, firlej municipalities, Garbow communes, municipalities of Krzczonow and the Municipality of Spiczyn (hereinafter: Project Partners).spatial in municipalities of the Lublin subregion.
4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the spatial planning platform and the provision of public sector information resources as part of the project "Increasing the availability of electronic public services and spatial information inMunicipalities of the Lublin subregion "(hereinafter: the project).
4.2. The order is implemented for the partners jointly implementing the project, i.e. the municipalities of Trawniki, the Municipalities of Firlej, Garbow Commune, Commune of Krzczonow and the Municipalities of Spiczyn (hereinafter: Project Partners). The order includes in particular the tasks:
1) conductingAnalyzes of functional and non-functional requirements (pre-transmission analysis),
