4.1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of the spatial planning platform and providing public sector information resources as part of the project "Increasing the availability of electronic public services and spatial information in the municipalities of the Lublin subregion" (hereinafter: the project).
4.2. The order is implemented for the partners jointly implementing the project, i.e. the municipalities Trawniki, Firlej communes, Garbow communes, Krzczonow commune and Spiczyn communes (hereinafter: Project Partners).

4.1.
