Description:
The order includes the purchase and implementation of a comprehensive IT system for education management. In particular, the order includes: 1) Delivery and implementation of software for managing educational and non-educational units; 2) Training for administrators and users; 3) provision of post-implementation support described in the contract template 2, sections 6 to 9 constituting Chapter II of the SWZ. The order includes the option right. The ordering party, acting pursuant to Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law intends to exercise the option right. The option right is the possibility of extending the basic scope of the order by: 1) extension of the provision of SaaS services; 2) coverage updates, maintenance and support under the SLA conditions specified in the Agreement. The Ordering Party may not exercise the option right or only partially exercise it. An order executed under the option law is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party's failure to exercise the option right shall not result in any liability The Contractor has no claims against the Ordering Party.
