The subject of these proceedings is:
For task no. 1:
1) delivery and implementation of a VR simulator - a virtual chemical laboratory (hereinafter referred to as the "Simulator"), including:
a. granting a license unlimited in time and territory for the Simulator software,
b. delivery and installation equipment necessary to launch and operate the Simulator,
c. installation and configuration of the Simulator's hardware and software,
d. carrying out training for the Ordering Party's teaching staff on the use of virtual reality simulators. The contractor is obliged carry out lasting min. 6 hours training for staff in the use of VR simulator hardware and software enabling participation in a chemical laboratory simulation for 1 group of participants (10 university employees). The implementation date and scope of the training will be agreed with the Ordering Party min. 5 days before the planned implementation date. The training will be carried out at the Ordering Party's premises, using VR software and equipment constituting the subject of this order.
2) providing computer equipment (hereinafter referred to as Computer Hardware) necessary to use the Simulator, including:
a. delivery of 3 PC computer sets (PC computer, screen monitor),
b. delivery of 1 laptop,
c. providing 4 virtual reality sets (VR glasses and controllers) necessary to launch and operate the Simulator.
