• Description:
• Delivery and implementation of the XDR class system (Extended\Endpoint Detection and Response) 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of an XDR (Extended\Endpoint Detection and Response) system - i.e. an advanced cybersecurity system, ensuring comprehensive protection of the organization's IT infrastructure along with Warranty and Technical Support Services. The implementation includes launching the System and configuration, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party, to the extent necessary for the proper operation of this System, as well as carrying out knowledge transfer. 2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes towards the Ordering Party in particular: 1) deliver, implement, launch and configure the System, 2) perform i hand over the Documentation, 3) conduct training workshops on the use of the System, on the terms described in the contract and OPZ, 4) grant any licenses to the Ordering Party or transfer them to the Ordering Party and transfer all licenses to the Ordering Party granted to the Contractor by the Manufacturer, licenses regarding the System as a whole and its individual elements, including the Software, necessary for the proper operation of the System and its use by the Ordering Party in accordance with the draft contract, description subject of the order and applicable law, 5) transfer the proprietary rights to the Documentation to the Ordering Party for the remuneration specified in the Agreement and in the fields of exploitation specified...
