1. The subject of the order is: delivery and installation of 90 bus shelters in the city of Białystok.
2. Detailed scope of work covered by the order:
Delivery and installation of 90 pieces of "Stare Miasto" type bus shelters with aluminum structure, made in accordance with the conditions and based on documentation design, included in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, which constitutes the draft contract.
1) The contractor is obliged to complete the order specified in the contract and SWZ in accordance with the submitted offer, as well as changes made during the implementation of the works agreed with the Ordering Party.
2) The Ordering Party requires a minimum of 48 one-month warranty for the work performed.
100 of the Public Procurement Law - the requirement to place the board at a height enabling the information to be read by people in wheelchairs and to leave places (no bench) allowing you to take a wheelchair to the board and take shelter under the shelter.
