- Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject order provides for the implementation of an Access Control System in the above-mentioned. entrance hall, on the ground floor of the office building. The subject of the order includes the design, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the Access Control System (hereinafter referred to as SKD) along with the operation ofwarranty during the warranty period and maintenance of the system in the building where the Marshal's Office of the Silesian Voivodeship is located. Service inspections will be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of device manufacturers. The design of the Access Control System must be agreed and accepted by the Ordering Party and the Usera., The scope of the order includes the installation of access control gates to control passenger traffic in guarded and controlled places. The gates included in the SKD must ensure the ability to operate in various modes and the ability to automatically lower the arm or release the lock in the event of a power failure.The access control system must ensure full two-sided control over supervised passages and have emergency power supply for devices during a 230V power outage.
