Description:
1. The subject of the order is the dismantling of existing benches, the purchase and installation of new benches in the Bielany District of the capital city. Warsaw. The Ordering Party informs that the capital city Warsaw has the rights to the attached design of the Warsaw model awning by the Grzegorz Niwiski, Jerzy Porbski Design Society.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: a) Purchase and assembly of Warsaw-type benches with backrest and armrests, 167 pcs. b) Purchase and assembly of Warsaw-type benches without backrest and armrests, 3 pcs. c) Installation of the benches referred to in points a) and b) on a hardened and unpaved surface, in a way that ensures stability and safety of use. d) Dismantling of 129 pieces of old benches in the locations indicated by the Ordering Party. e) Disposal of dismantled benches in accordance with applicable regulations. f) Carrying out maintenance works consisting in washing the benches from dirt (including bird droppings and graffiti) and painting wooden and metal elements in locations indicated by the Ordering Party 49 pcs. 3.
