- 1) The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 SPLIT air conditioning set, hereinafter referred to as the set or equipment in the building of the Institute of Musical Arts at ul. Niemcewicza 2 in Cieszyn. 2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of a complete set along with its delivery, unloading, bringing, installing, commissioning the installation and training the Ordering Party's employee in the current use of the equipment, carrying out necessary tests, tests and activities necessary to start the equipment and its proper operation, performing minor finishing works aimed at restoring the work site to its original condition, developing as-built documentation, in accordance with the requirements of Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor is also obliged to provide, as part of the offered price, warranty service for the equipment within the warranty period declared by him.3) The offered equipment must be brand new and unused, come from current production (year of production not older than 2024), free from physical and legal defects and should have appropriate documents allowing it to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 4) Monta should have dock...
