- Description:
- The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Delivery and installation of an automatic drinking water packaging machine, ensuring the packaging of tap water in the event of a crisis (war, natural disaster), but also in the event of a failure of water supply networks or other emergency situations. Parcel machine it will be installed at the water treatment plant and will ensure the distribution of water to people in crisis situations. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Health on the quality of water intended for human consumption, a positive sanitary opinion must be obtained for the packaging machine. On the day of submitting offers, there is a parcel machine and the foil should have valid PZH certificates confirming the possibility of packaging water intended for human consumption. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
