Description:
1. The subject of this order is the Supply and installation of a CCTV video monitoring system for the facilities of the Medical University of Warsaw, together with the creation of the Monitoring System Center.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and number of devices, is specified in the Description of the subject of the orderwhich constitutes Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.
3. The basis for determining the required performance of processors of the offered computers constituting elements of the system will be the number of points obtained by the offered processor in the PassMark PC Mark test, published at: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php, the printout of which on the day of submitting the notice for publication of the contract notice in the DUUE constitutes Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ.
4. The Contractor's obligations will include the performance of the order in accordance with the conditions set out in § 3 of the Draft Agreement, which constitutes Appendix No. 6 to SWZ
5. Ordering party admittancethe possibility for the Contractor to visit the site.
