Description:
1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Part III of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
2) The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, however, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described is obliged to demonstrate that the services he offers meet requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
