Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of cooking boilers in the building of the Police School in Katowice.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.3. The details of the order execution are specified in the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ.4. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 131 section 2 point 1 requires the submission of an offer after the contractor has completed an on-site visit. For this purpose, the Ordering Party sets the date of the on-site visit on October 31, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. at the headquarters of the Ordering Party, Police School in Katowice, ul. gen. Zygmunta Waltera-Janke 276, 40-684 Katowice. Ordering party also allows for an on-site visit to be carried out at the contractor's request, after setting a date in advance. The cost of the on-site visit will be borne by the Contractor. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law, rejected the Contractor's offer, which was submitted in the proceedings in question without a visit local.5.
