• Description:
• The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of a mammogram with tomosynthesis and stereotactic biopsy along with a financial leasing service. Requirements regarding the subject of the order: A.In terms of equipment: 1) the order includes delivery, installation and commissioning digital mammography in accordance with the equipment specification and requirements specified in Annex No. 7 and the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ 2) the offered equipment must be brand new, unused, not regenerated, and cannot come from display at points of sale, must be free from any physical and legal defects, 3) the offered devices must meet the requirements imposed by law regarding admission to trading and use, in particular have the CE marking along with with a declaration of conformity and a certificate of conformity for the equipment offered as a medical device; 4) the offered IT solutions must be compliant with applicable regulations, norms and standards relating to the principles of data collection and processing personal data and exchange of information in health care; 5) performing basic, acceptance and specialized tests after installing the equipment, 6) design of permanent covers, if necessary to obtain permits use, 7) the subject of the order must be implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and requirements for radiological equipment, medical devices and premises of health care units implementing the procedure...
