- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of a disk array and SAN switches, along with technical support, warranty and their implementation.
delivery of the disk array referred to in point IX, table no. 1 OPZ - 1 piece,
supply of switches SAN referred to in point IX, table no. 2 OPZ 2 pieces,
implementation of the Technical Design referred to in point IX, table no. 3 OPZ,
carrying out the Implementation of the supplied Devices and Software together with the delivery of as-built documentation referred to in point IX, table no. 4 of the OPZ,
2.5. conducting the Workshops referred to in point IX, table no. 5 of the OPZ,
providing a Warranty for Devices for a period of 60 months, referred to in point VIII of the OPZ,
providing Technical Support for the Software for a period of 60 months along with granting a license for the Software for a period of no shorter than 60 months referred to in point VII OPZ.
3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
4. Pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Act provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. first it will examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
