Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of doors and windows for the needs of PPDB Sp. z o. o. (ZAZ)2. The task is carried out as part of the investment called Establishment of the District Vocational Activity Center in Sokka.3. The order includes:3.1. Delivery of doors and windows (brand new) with all the required requirements regulations for approval for use in construction (B mark, CE mark and approvals and certificates indicated in individual order items).4. Determination of the subject and the size or scope of the order: 4.1. Delivery and installation of doors and windows for PPDB Sp. z o. o. - the order consists of a basic order and an order covered by option rights. The quantitative scope and General requirements are included in Table No. 1, which is an annex to the Description of the subject of the order.5. The subject of the order for doors and windows must be brand new, free from defects and damage. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the Ordering Party on time specified in the contract for the execution of the subject of the order and SWZ (in accordance with the submitted offer).6.
