The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Delivery and assembly of energy warehouses for residents of the city and commune of Blachownia", consisting in the design, delivery and implementation (installation): 49 energy storage installations with inverters and an intelligent management systemEMS for residential buildings in the Blachownia commune.
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled "Delivery and assembly of energy warehouses for residents of the city and commune of Blachownia", consisting in the design, delivery and implementation (installation): 49 energy storage installations withwith inverters and with an intelligent EMS management system for residential buildings in the municipality of Blachownia ("Users", "Beneficiaries").- usable (hereinafter "PFU").
The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to grant the installations of at least a 60-month warranty covering the supplied materials and equipment and assembly.
The contracting authority requires the implementation and assembly of the installation on dates agreed with the Contractor,resulting from the material and financial schedule agreed and signed by the parties within 14 days from the date of signing the contract.supplies
