The subject of the order in this procedure is the delivery and installation of equipment, along with land development as part of the investment entitled: Delivery of a playground with assembly and a safe surface at the Mi Uszatek cloud in Stegna, in accordance with this description and design documentation, constituting an attachment No. 7 to SWZ.2. Scope of this order: A playground with an area of 716 m2 with a "safe" surface made of SBR boards, fenced with a fence with a safe ending on a concrete system foundation. The following playground equipment is planned to be delivered and installed: 1) D+Z1 - House with a roof + slide set + tunnel + steps with nets 2) D+Z2 - Set of 2x house with a roof + 2 x edible + 2 x tunnel3) D+L - Set of a house with a roof + mini maze + counter4) DC - House with a roof providing shelter 2 pcs.5) PA Sandbox6) Tractor ride-on7) Car ride-on8) steel bench with backrest 2 pcs.9) Garbage bin3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to dismantle the existing playground. 4.
