- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of equipment to the Maritime School Complex in Gdańsk at ul. Liberation, as part of the Gdańsk Program of Professionals - stage II.
2. The order of the contract covers four parts:
1) Part I: Delivery and assembly of the 3D printer;
2) Part No. II: Delivery and assembly of elements for expanding simulators;
3) Part III: Delivery and assembly of devices and models for the class;
4) Part IV: Delivery, assembly and launch of a motor boat, engines and sails.
3. The property of the order includes the supply and installation of equipment to the School Complex Sea in Gdańsk. The subject of delivery is to be brand new, unused, free from defects and complete.
4. The technical parameters of movable equipment being the subject of the contract and quantitative requirements are specified in the attachments to OPZ:
1) Annex 1A to OPZ (regarding part I);
2) Annex No. 1b to OPZ (regarding part No. II);
3) Annex 1C to OPZ (regarding Part III);
4) Annex 1D to OPZ (regarding part No. IV).
5. Detailed scope of the contract and the terms of the implementation were specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 7 to SWZ - for part I, No. II, No. III and No. IV. Other terms of the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement, constituting, respectively, Annex 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 to SWZ respectively for a given part of the contract.
