- 4.1 The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of equipment for the premises of the Senior Club+ in the town of Radawa in order to enable the establishment of the facility and conduct social and cultural activities, addressed primarily to seniors in the Wizownica commune. 4.2 The subject of the order includes delivery and installation of the supplied equipment in the premises of the facility: - kitchen/kitchenette, - club room, - education room/meeting room, - sanitary facilities, - hall/entrance area, 4.3 The subject of the order must be: brand new, of the highest quality, in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party, free from technical and legal defects, unused, not the subject of exhibitions or presentations, not previously used by another user, complete and suitable for use, in accordance with their function and intended use, immediately after their delivery, approved and placed on the market and use, in accordance with applicable regulations.
