Delivery and installation of the first equipment for SOSW No. 9 in Warsaw as part of the investment project entitled: "Modernization of the building of the Special Educational and Educational Center No. 9 at ul. Paska 10" in Warsaw.
I. The subject of the order was divided into the following parts:
Part I: typical furnitureand other equipment,
Part II: custom-made furniture and built-in household appliances,
Part III: sanitary articles,
Part IV: scientific and teaching aids,
Part V: sports and rehabilitation equipment,
Part VI: medical equipment,
Part VII: kitchen equipment.
II. Detailed scope of the item will be orderedare specified in the following appendices to the SWZ:
1) Annex No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1G - "Summary of order costs" form - for each part;
2) Annex No. 3 - "Detailed description of equipment elements " - for each part;
3) Annex No. 9 - Drawings showing the location of the equipmentuntil - for each part.
III. Deadlines for completing the subject of the order:
1. Starting - from the date of conclusion of the contract (applies to all parts);
2. Completion - within 50 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, including:
Part I: typical furniture and other equipment - within up to 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
Part II: custom-made furniture and built-in household appliances - within 50 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
Part III: sanitary articles - within 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
Part IV: scientific and teaching aids - within 45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
