The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of medical devices, room equipment, including the installation and adaptation to the launch and use of a cryochamber in the SP ZOZ Rehabilitation Center in Suwaki with the parameters specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, assortment and quantity specified in the form material and price constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ.2. The draft/template of the contract constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ is an integral part of this documentation and the provisions contained therein are treated as conditions for awarding the order.3. If any trademark, patent or trademark is indicated in the description of the subject of the order origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, it should be assumed that the Ordering Party provided such a description in order to determine the minimum parameters that the products must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and they constitute only a quality standard of the subject of the order, and not an indication of a specific product of a given manufacturer.
