Description:
The subject of the order is: delivery and installation of a device recording a average speed in the tunnel near Zielonki along national road No. S52.
1. The order includes:
1) delivery and installation of the device with a guarantee,
2) granting a license for software
3) performance of the necessaryinstallation works, including the necessary arrangements with the road administrator in the scope of how to use the existing infrastructure when installing the device, performing necessary design studies and the arrangement and connection of the device to the acting General Energy connectionDirectorate of National Roads and Motorways (including the sub -clinic installation),
4) Integration of the device with the Canard system,
5) training services.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in SWZ cz. III description of the subject of the contract in IV part SWZ (PPU) and attachments to SWZ.
2. The devices must beThe warranty period, however, cannot be less than 36 months - the scope was specified in point 4.7.5 part III SWZ (NOTE! Is a criterion for evaluation of offers).
3. The order will be processed within a maximum of 18 weeks from the date of the contract or shorter offered by the ContractorIn the offer (note! is a criterion for evaluation of offers).
4. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
