Description:
1. The subject of the order is the expansion of the SD-WAN, which consists of:
1) Delivery of network equipment, enabling the construction and service of the SD-WAN network, meeting the functional requirements specified in Annex 1 to the relevant provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "IPU"), constituting Annex No. 8 to SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"),
2) granting a non -exclusive perpetual license to related software (hereinafter referred to as "hardware software"), entitling the contracting authority to use the hardware software for an indefinite period,
3) installation of equipment with necessary to start SD-WAD networks with software, in the contracting authority and spare center, as well as pilot SD-WAD in 2 off-road departments in Warsaw and Lublin in the scope described in Annex 2 to IPU (hereinafter as "implementation"),
4) ensuring technical support of the equipment and related to it Hardware software, for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance report referred to in § 2 para. 12 IPU (hereinafter as "support").
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in IPU, constituting Annex 8 to Swz.
