Description:
1. Delivery and installation of a new power generator with an additional electrical circuit that will enable backup power supply for the water hydrophore set in the event of a power grid failure. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the public procurement procedure in the event of: failure to receive funds from the state budget related to population protection and civil defense in 2025 in the Maopolska Voivodeship. 3. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Purchase of equipment for rescue operations under the national Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 adopted Resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) in the field of population protection and civil defense, resulting from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1907). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template with annexes constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 5. The provisions of the SWZ should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to inquiries. Contractors
