Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation are specified in Annex No. 7 and the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
2. Requirements regarding the subject of the order:
1) delivery, installation and commissioning of an optical coherence tomograph
2)offered the equipment must be brand new, unused, not refurbished, cannot be displayed at sales points, and must be free from any physical and legal defects,
3) the offered devices must meet the requirements imposed by law regarding admission to trading and use, incl in particular, have the CE marking along with a declaration of conformity and a certificate of conformity for the equipment offered as a medical device - if applicable;
4) the offered IT solutions must be compliant with applicable regulations, norms and standards relating to the principles of collecting and personal data processing and information exchange in health care,
5) equipment specification and minimum requirements are set out in Annex No. 7 and the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ;
3. The order should be processed with due care and in accordance with all requirements contained in the SWZ and any information for Contractors.
