Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of permanent and movable equipment for the Museum of Underwater Archeology and Baltic Fisheries in Łeba - a branch of the National Maritime Museum in Gdańsk. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in parts IIIa, IIIb, IIIc and IIId of the SWZ. 3. The procedure is conducted as an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as "PZP", and acts implementing regulations thereto, with a contract value equal to or greater than the EU threshold. 4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 139 PZP, provides for a reverse order of activities, i.e. it may first examine and evaluate offers, and then perform subjective qualification the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, regarding the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 5. To read detailed information about the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the grounds for exclusion contractor from the procedure, please read the provisions of the SWZ. 6. Pursuant to Art. 257 PZP, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate for financing of all or part of the contract will not be awarded. 7.
