1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of a photovoltaic installation with rated power minimum 108.16 kWp located on the roof of the building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, located at ul. Wspolna 30 in Warsaw, including preparatory works.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions regarding the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the project agreement constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Design Documentation, consisting of:
1) architectural and construction design;
2) PV detailed design;
3) STWIOR PV;
4) decision on a building permit;
5) bill of quantities of auxiliary nature;
6) roof projection i description of the architectural industry for task 3 - roof insulation (auxiliary);
7) errata for the project.
3. Pursuant to the Public Procurement Law, to all applicants in the procurement documents, the words "or equivalent" must be assigned to the indications of trademarks. Proper names used in this study products construction, equipment, devices, systems and others, as well as the manufacturer's names presented, constitute only a quality standard and are provided to determine the quality requirements imposed on them. Changing construction products, equipment, systems and other devices is possible - while maintaining the same parameters or of a higher standard than those listed in this documentation.
