Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Delivery and installation of playground equipment on playgrounds owned by the Municipality of Suwaki.2. The detailed scope of the Contractor's obligations is specified in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ Descriptions of the Subject of the Order, and additionally, bills of quantities, hereinafter referred to as OPZ.4. The scope of the order includes: 1) delivery of brand new playground and recreational equipment, 2) performance of necessary preparatory work, 3) installation of the equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the principles arising from occupational health and safety regulations and safety standards, if it is necessary to lay foundations for the devices, the contractor ensures their implementation on his own, 4) tidying up the area after the works are completed, any waste generated (e.g. sand) is disposed of at his own expense, 5) providing a warranty for the delivered and installed elements, 6) construction of a safe zone for the installed devices in accordance with the PN-EN 1177 standard. 5.
