The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of prosthetic laboratory equipment for the Department of Integrated Outpatient Dentistry and Preclinical Endodontics of the Medical University of Warsaw in Szczecin.2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The contractor's offer must cover the entire order.3. Detailed description the subject of the order, with details of the product range and a description of the required minimum parameters that the offered subject of the order must meet, is included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 to stz.4. Detailed implementation conditions are regulated in the Contract Template, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to swz.5. Provisions regarding equivalence.1) The Ordering Party shall exercise due diligence to eliminate any proper names from the order documents. However, if the procurement documents indicate trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific contractor (proper names) and the ordering party has not specified the equivalence criteria referred to in Art. 99 section 6 of the Act, they should be treated as non-existent.
