The object of the skew is the supply and assembly of the blinds: external, internal, roof and mosquito net in the vaccinated rooms of buildings A, A1, A2, A3, C, D and the hospital pharmacy of the Voivodship Specialist Hospital J. Gromkowski in WrocΕaw. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the skewness is: 1) Adjustment No. 1 to SWZ description of the subject of the skew, including the starters for OPZ: a) specification of external blinds in favor. No. 1.1. b) Specification of internal blinds for. No. 1.2 to No. 1.15. c) specification of internal, roof blinds for. No. 1.16. d) Moskitier specification for. 1.17.2) Outsel 2 to SWZ offer form. 3. Detailed conditions for the execution and principles of the implementation of the subject of the skew. Specify the provisions of the contract template, which will be an affiliate No. 5 to SWZ. 4. The Contractor is obliged to implement the sort of polish within 4 (four) months from the date of the contract. 5.
