Description:
The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting in the delivery, assembly, configuration and launch of three brand new, internal, free-standing multimedia info kiosks. The scope of the Contractor's work includes: 1. Delivery of Components: Delivery all elements included in each of the 3 info kiosks (display, housing, player, license) in brand new condition. 2. Mechanical Assembly: Installation of the display and player in the provided housing. 3. Hardware Installation and Configuration: Internal cabling, power supply and LAN connection (points provided by the Ordering Party to the installation site), and system configuration. 4. Software installation and configuration: Activation of three client licenses in the digital signage system MagicInfo in the possession of the Ordering Party, and the configuration of the players. 5. Tests and Acceptance: Conducting full functional tests of all 3 units (touch, 4K display and network connectivity) in the presence of representatives Ordering Party.6.Instruction: Conducting an instruction for the Ordering Party's staff in basic technical service. Detailed technical requirements for all components are specified in Annex No. 1 - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 2 - Form of Required Technical Conditions.
