Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of a transformer in the RB-5 0.4 kV switchgear at the Jastrzębie-Zdrój Plant. The detailed scope of work and technical conditions for their implementation are specified in the attached Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 1), template contract (Appendix No. 4) and GTC (Appendix No. 9). Note: In the proceedings in question, the Ordering Party requires an on-site inspection of the facility on: May 27, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00.
