Description:
1. The subject of the fall is the delivery and assembly of a new external vertical platform for non -erecting OSB at the Military Medical Medical Clinic of SP ZOZ in Biaymstok. 2. The scope of the felling includes in the semi -vaginal: 1) supplies of the factory new external vertical platformfor non -firm OSB, 2) disassembly of the existing platform, 3) installing and submission of a new platform, 4) training staff in the field of the installed platform, 5) making necessary formalities with the technical supervision office, providing certificates, approvals, approval of measurements, declarations, declarations,a decision authorizing the operation, a protocou of activities issued by UDT, technical documentation of the new platform.
