Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a system for recording and managing museum collections, including handling museum processes and procedures (e.g. entry of an object into the museum, acquisition and accession; internal movement/movement, location control, lending/borrowing), etc., along with with the software (environment) that has been implemented and is necessary for its proper functioning (both application, database and system software) and its adaptation to the needs of the Ordering Party described in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ as part of the project entitled Cultural Heritage of Podlasie digitization and presentation of the collections of the Podlasie Museum in Białystok4.2. The scope of the subject matter of the order includes in particular: 1) installation and commissioning of the system for the Ordering Party's use in the IT infrastructure provided by the Ordering Party, 2) system implementation, tests and power supply together with migration data from the currently used MONA system, as well as multimedia from the Ordering Party's resources and collected in the MONA system, 3) granting a non-exclusive, territorially unlimited license for the Museum (without limit to the number of users) for a period 5...
