Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and launch of two UPS power supplies and two power generators together with the adaptation of the existing electrical installation for the needs of connecting devices in the building of the Komorniki Commune Office and the building of the Social Welfare Center and Municipal Guard in Komorniki.
2. Contractor will be obliged to deliver UPSs, utilize the current UPS (building Stawna Street), provide power generators and perform the electrical installation specified in Annex 1 to the contract-stage I.
3. UPS and aggregate power supplies must be:
a) factory new, i.e. unused, Complete, unregenerated, not from advertising exhibitions before the day of delivery, excluding the use of their correct operation, not having physical and legal defects, free from defects and damage, and not burdened with the rights of third parties, as well as purchased in the official manufacturer's distribution channel;
b) equipped with user documentation in Polish;
c) marked with the CE mark, have a CE certificate or CE compliance declaration.
4. The contractor's tasks also include training a maximum of 5 employees of the contracting authority in the field of service of supplied devices.
5. A detailed description of the order can be found in Annex 1 to the contract.
6. The Contractor is required to enter the power and name of the UPS and aggregates in the offer form.
