Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement regarding the delivery and modernization of emergency power supply elements.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 6 to SWZ and Chapter XIX SWZ - suitable for the task.
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers in regarding the following tasks:
1) Task No. 1 - delivery with the assembly of telecommunications gyms with wardrobes and batteries;
2) Task No. 2 - Modernization of 19 "42U telecommunications wardrobes with a built -in power module.
4. Information clause for the processing of personal data
According joke. 13 para. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general protection regulation data) (i.e., Official Journal EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", the contracting authority informs that:
