Description:
1. The order of the contract was specified in detail in Annexes 7, 8/I, 8/II, 8/III and 8/IV to SWZ.
2. Granity and warranty:
1) the contractor will grant 36-month quality guarantee and warranty for defects for the subject of the contract from the date of signing the final acceptance report. W in the case when the tree is replaced with new (new plantings) during the warranty and warranty period, the 36-month warranty period and warranty for a new tree will be calculated from the date of its planting,
2) during the warranty and warranty for defects, the contractor will be obliged to review planted stand - in May and September each year. This act will be confirmed by the reviewer prepared and signed by the Contractor and approved by the representative
3) during the warranty period and warranty for defects, the contractor will be obliged to care warranty covering, among others:
a) current watering of trees as needed,
b) weeding bears at trees,
c) removal of suckers,
d) combating diseases and pests (e.g. spraying),
e) fertilization,
f) sanitary cuts,
g) repair and replacement of housings,
h) other treatments necessary to maintain vitality and appearance trees, compatible with the species/variety.
3. The contractor shall perform the subject of the contract with the utmost care required from the entity professionally providing this type of work, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, as well as with ordinance No. 140...
