Description:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery and purchase of 4 sets of mobile LED lighting masts integrated with aggregates on trailers adapted for road transport. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order and the method of implementation result from the content of Annex No. 1.3) The contractor is obliged under orders for sale and delivery of devices to the address indicated by the Ordering Party.4) The sets must be brand new, the year of production not older than 2024.5) The entire subject of the order must be covered by a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty, counting from the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol without reservations by the Parties. 6) During the warranty period, all service activities indicated in the service and warranty repair books, service and operation manuals or other documents relating to the subject of the order, including the replacement of materials, oils and operating fluids and other elements subject to periodic replacement performed at the Contractor's expense at the Ordering Party's premises. longer than 40 days from the date of signing the contract, and the settlement of the task should take place by December 31, 2025.8) On time reception...
